📑 About This Survey Template
Purpose: This survey is designed to measure employee engagement at DeepOpinion across six key areas:
1. Communication & Transparency
2. Mission, Alignment & Job Satisfaction
3. Work-Life Balance & Well-being
4. Team Dynamics & Collaboration
5. Growth, Recognition & Clarity
6. Overall Experience & Final Input
Scale: Closed questions use a 1–4 Likert scale (1 = Strongly Disagree, 4 = Strongly Agree). Open-ended questions capture qualitative feedback.
Confidentiality: All responses are anonymous and will be aggregated into themes. The aim is to create a safe space for honest feedback.
Frequency: This survey is intended for quarterly use (Q3 2025 edition).
Usage: Results will be analyzed through the Org360 platform, generating a report that highlights:
- Strengths and bright spots in the organization
- Pain points and recurring themes
- Actionable recommendations for leadership
