How we handle confidentiality.

A leadership 360 only works if respondents trust the process. So we've built in protections that go beyond what most platforms bother with.

  • Reports unlock at 3 responses minimum. Standard practice — but worth saying out loud. You can't open a 360 early to see who answered what.
  • Open-text responses are shuffled across questions. So even with small respondent groups, it's harder to piece together "this person said all these things." Trust isn't accidental.
  • Each leader has their own account. For 360s, your client runs their own survey, sees their own report, and decides what to share with you in the debrief. You send them a credit — not access to their feedback. They're in full control.
  • HR or sponsors fund the credits, not the data. If an organisation wants to buy 360s for ten leaders, they buy ten credits and assign them. The leaders' reports never touch HR's account. Confidentiality, by design.
