About us
Our Goals
At Org360, we’re here to champion feedback — because it’s powerful. Feedback is one of the richest sources of learning. Sure, you can also grow by experimenting, reflecting, or following your curiosity (and we love that too!). But listening to the people around you — your team, your community, your partners — brings invaluable insight. Not every organization - or leader - is open to that. But for those that are, we want to equip you with the tools to listen deeply and grow boldly. And we want to do it at a price that’s actually fair. There’s far too much overcharging in this space. You deserve a platform that’s both high quality and affordable — so we built one.
We also believe in openness. That’s why we’re committed to offering open-source survey tools that anyone can use, adapt, and improve. Most leadership 360 or culture survey tools are locked up behind paywalls, proprietary licenses, and sky-high prices. We think that holds progress back. So instead, we’re building a shared library — a Creative Commons for organizational insight. We hope consultants and changemakers will contribute new tools, frameworks, and fresh ideas we can all build on, together.
Finally, we’re curious — and fascinated — about the power of AI. Like it or not, it’s here to stay. So we’re experimenting, thoughtfully and creatively, with how AI can support coaching, consulting, and insight-gathering in ways that are ethical, empowering, and genuinely useful for nonprofits and purpose-driven teams. If AI is going to change the game, let’s make sure it changes it for good.
Simplicity works!
Org360 was developed by Daniele D'Esposito, founder of Nonprofit Builder, trusted by 30+ foundations, 800 nonprofits, and 500 consultants worldwide:
"I'm a big believer in feedback. Listening carefully to customers, teams, and stakeholders is what keeps us relevant. That's how we've built Nonprofit Builder into the global success story it is today.
I also believe in simplicity. I've done a leadership 360 that had 75+ questions — and a very short one with just the essentials like: What are Daniel's strengths? What can he do better? Guess what? Both got to the same core insights. Org360 follows that principle — the essential questions that prompt inspired feedback and lead to actionable insights.
And AI? I believe in it when used right. Human feedback always comes first. But AI helps organize, amplify, and highlight what matters, including the subtle insights that might slip through the cracks. Plus, it can draw on global knowledge to offer highly relevant suggestions.
Try it out for yourself. And please tell us what you think!”
Our Values
At Org360, we believe that these core values—openness, appreciation of diversity, and respect—foster a culture of learning. We believe learning organizations are the healthiest, most effective, and most impactful.
Diversity of People and Perspectives
We believe true strength comes from difference—not just in race, gender, background, religion, or identity, but also in personality type, lived experience, and worldview. Diversity brings complementarity—the idea that different strengths, when combined, make an organization more creative, resilient, and effective.
Org360 surveys are built to help organizations surface these perspectives, notice who’s being heard or excluded, and create cultures where all voices are respected and engaged.
Openness and Self-Awareness
for Growth
At the heart of Org360 is a belief that feedback is a gift. The best leaders and teams are those who can reflect, stay open, and continually grow.
We value self-awareness, the courage to ask hard questions, and the humility to learn. Org360 is not for organizations or leaders who fear feedback or challenge. It is for those who welcome honest insight from staff, peers, and stakeholders, and who use it to improve.
As Jim Collins noted in Good to Great, the most successful organizations are those that challenge themselves to keep learning, adapting, and reinventing.
Respect
Toxic cultures never win—not in the long term. Truly great organizations are built on respect. When people feel safe, valued, and heard, they give their best, collaborate more openly, and contribute their creativity.
Respect doesn’t mean avoiding sincerity. A strong culture allows for frank feedback—but delivered with care and respect. Org360 is designed to help organizations foster this kind of honest, respectful dialogue.
