How it Works

1. Sign up

   Create a free account to get started. Access your dashboard to explore surveys and browse questions. Use the settings to add your organisation’s name, change your password, and enable two-factor authentication.

2. Buy a Credit

   Purchase a credit when ready to use a survey. Bundles work well for teams or consultants with multiple clients. Credits are valid for 24 months and can be transferred to others.

3. Launch your Survey

   • Add at least three respondents for anonymity.
   • Set a due date (this won’t auto-close the survey).
   • Name the person or organisation (shown in notifications).
   ⚠ Important: Minimum of three respondents is required to unlock the report.

   You can also edit questions to tailor them. Edited surveys are cloned, so originals stay unchanged.

4. Go Live!

   • Track responses via the dashboard.
   • Send reminders.
   • Add respondents at any time.
   • Close the survey to generate the report.

Working with Reports

The report includes respondent data and an AI-generated companion report. Share via the unique URL (like Google Docs).

Reports are locked by default. You control when to lock/unlock for sharing.

To export: use your browser print menu (e.g., Ctrl+P) and choose “Save as PDF”.

Sharing Credits

Perfect for consultants or teams. In the Share tab, you can:

• Send credits
• Reclaim unused credits
• Download invoices

Closing Your Account

You may close your account anytime. Survey data will be deleted. Unused credits aren’t reimbursed but can be gifted. A purchase history will be retained for financial compliance.
