Org360 for Nonprofits

If you're here, your team probably needs this.

Someone shared Org360 with you, or you've been looking for a way to check in on how your team is actually doing. Welcome.

I'm Muqaddus. I work as a Program Officer at Nonprofit Builder, the team behind Org360. My day-to-day is helping civil society organizations across Asia and globally get stronger from the inside out. Capacity building, training, connecting orgs with the right support.

Through that work I've seen a lot of teams up close. The ones doing well and the ones quietly struggling. And the thing is, the struggling ones usually don't know they're struggling — because no one's asked. We actually ran an Org360 survey on our own team last year and the results changed how we work. So I'm not just telling you to try this. I've been through it.

Org360 is created and backed by Nonprofit Builder — a genuine innovator in social tech, serving over 30 foundations, 1,182 active grantees, and 924 active consultants worldwide. This isn't a side project. It comes from years of working inside the sector and seeing what's missing.

What we kept running into

At Nonprofit Builder we've worked with over a thousand nonprofits. And the same thing keeps coming up: teams give everything to their programs, their communities, their fundraising. But they never check in on themselves. Like, actually check in. Not a quick "how's everyone doing" in a meeting. A real assessment.

People burn out. Good staff leave. Leadership issues go unaddressed for years. By the time it shows, it's already a problem.

It's not that orgs don't care. The tools just weren't made for them. Culture Amp, Lattice, Qualtrics cost $5,000 to $10,000 per engagement with annual contracts. That's not realistic for most nonprofits. So most just don't do it.

We wanted to change that. So we built something for the organizations we actually work with every day.

What Org360 actually does

You send out a survey — employee engagement, leadership 360, or a colleague performance review. Up to 500 people can respond. Then you get an AI-generated report that goes through every single response, finds the patterns, and writes you a development plan. You don't have to sit there with a spreadsheet trying to make sense of it all.

Your first survey is free. After that, plans start at $25/month with 2 credits, or $250/year with 24 credits. No per-seat pricing, no annual lock-in.

Which surveys to run

You don't need all of them. For most nonprofits, two will cover it.

Employee engagement survey

This is your big-picture health check. How's the team feeling about their work, their managers, their workload? Do they feel heard? We have a quick 12-question version you can run quarterly, and a deeper 24-question one for when you want the full picture.

12 questions (~5 min) or 24 questions (~10 min)

Colleague performance review

This is peer feedback — your team reviewing each other on things like communication, collaboration, and reliability. Most nonprofits never do this, and honestly it's one of the most useful things you can offer your staff. Takes about 4 minutes to fill in.

12 questions (~4 min)

Leadership 360 feedback

If you want to assess a senior leader or someone stepping into a new role, this is it. The survey goes to their direct reports, peers, and managers. The AI report shows how the leader sees themselves vs how everyone else experiences them, including a radar chart that makes the gaps really clear.

12 or 24 questions

I wrote about what happened when we ran an engagement survey on our own team after a retreat in Istanbul. The data showed daily meetings were draining everyone. We cut down to three a week and a year later it's still working. If you want to see what going from survey to action to real change looks like, here's the story.

Why this works for nonprofits

Small teams

If you're a team of 8, "anonymous" doesn't really feel anonymous. Everyone can kind of tell who wrote what. That's why we built a Highest Confidentiality mode. The AI rewrites all the open-text comments in neutral language so nobody's voice or writing style gives them away. It's on the Pro plan, and for small teams, it changes everything.

Multilingual teams

If your staff work across different countries, they shouldn't have to fill in a survey in their second language. You can translate every question before sending. We have 7 languages right now: English, Spanish, French, Portuguese, German, Ukrainian, and Dutch. Need another one? Just ask, we'll add it.

Tight budgets

This is the whole reason Org360 exists. On the annual plan you pay $250 for 24 credits — that's about $10 per survey. The big platforms charge $5,000 to $10,000 for one engagement. It shouldn't cost that much to ask your team how they're doing.

After the survey

This part matters way more than the tool.

Read the report. Don't try to fix everything at once — pick one or two things. Tell your team what you heard and what you're going to change. Do it within two weeks while it's still fresh.

If people see that their feedback actually led to something, they'll be more honest next time. If nothing changes, they won't bother filling it in again. It's that simple.
