Performance Pulse gives any employee a fast way to gather focused feedback from the people who work closest with them — the colleagues at the “gemba” who see the real work, not just the annual form. It replaces heavy review cycles with a simple, repeatable feedback loop that fits neatly into 90‑day improvement rhythms.

Inspired by Bayer CEO Bill Anderson’s description of peer feedback within their “Dynamic Shared Ownership” model as explained in his podcast with Brian Halligan, we created a version tailored for Org360 and lean‑minded HR teams.

The employee chooses who to ask — peers, reports, supervisors — and Org360 handles the rest. The report is confidential to the person requesting feedback, and they’re never required to share it with a manager. That keeps the process pull‑based (driven by the learner), avoids box‑ticking, and makes honest, improvement‑focused feedback more likely.
