15Five alternatives (2026): 7 options compared

15Five is good software. Weekly check-ins, reviews, engagement surveys and manager coaching in one place, with prices published openly. People look for 15Five alternatives when they want a smaller bill, a different focus, or a tool that fits how their team already works.

Here are 7 15Five alternatives, with prices checked on each vendor's own pricing page.

We make Org360, and it's on this list. Every price below links to its source and was checked on 12 October 2026. Judge for yourself.

Why teams look for 15Five competitors

15Five's pricing page lists Engage at $4, Perform at $11 and Total Platform at $16 per user a month, all billed annually. Manager coaching and AI add-ons cost extra.

That's reasonable. But Perform for a 30-person team is $3,960 a year, and the value depends on managers filling in check-ins every week. Some teams love that rhythm. Others stop after a month, and then they're paying for a habit nobody kept.

So the question to ask first: do you want the weekly system, or only some of its parts?

1. Leapsome

Leapsome is the broadest suite here: reviews, engagement, goals, learning, compensation and an HRIS. Its pricing page lists per-employee module prices in euros, including Performance Reviews at €7, Engagement Surveys at €4 and Goals & OKRs at €4 a month. Discounts come in the quote.

You buy the modules you need, which keeps it flexible. Setup takes real time.

Best for: growing companies that want everything in one system.

2. Lattice

Lattice is the mid-market default for performance and engagement. Its pricing page lists Engagement at $4, Goals & OKRs at $8 and Performance at $10 per seat a month, or the Foundations package at $13. It's 4.6/5 on G2 from 4,127 reviews.

The $4,000 annual minimum is the thing to watch. At 25 people it's $160 per person a year, whatever you use.

Best for: companies around 100 people or more.

3. PerformYard

PerformYard is built for teams whose review process doesn't fit a template: different cycles for different groups, custom forms, odd timelines. Its pricing page shows $5 to $15 per person a month, per seat, billed annually. The final number depends on headcount and products, so you'll need a quote.

Best for: HR teams with a review process they want to keep exactly as it is.

4. Small Improvements

Small Improvements covers reviews, 360s, 1:1s and objectives without the weekly check-in layer. Its pricing page lists Launch at $3, Grow at $6 and Elevate at $9 per user a month, billed annually, with a 20-user minimum (30 on Elevate). There's a 30-day free trial.

Best for: small teams that want 15Five's review side at a lower price.

5. Teamflect

Teamflect puts reviews, goals, 1:1s and recognition inside Microsoft Teams, so nobody has to open another app. Its pricing page lists a free Starter plan for up to 10 users, then Essential at $9 and Professional at $14 per user a month on monthly billing (annual saves 22%). Nonprofits can get up to 60% off.

Best for: Microsoft-first teams, and teams of 10 or fewer who want it free.

6. ThriveSparrow

ThriveSparrow is a lighter engagement and performance tool for small and mid-sized teams. Its pricing page lists Engage + Kudos at $4, Performance + Goals at $7 and the Full Platform at $9 per employee a month, billed annually. 1:1s and feedback are free on every plan, and there's a 14-day trial.

Best for: teams that want 15Five's mix of engagement and performance with less setup.

7. Org360 (that's us)

Org360 covers one part of what 15Five does: the surveys. Short 360 feedback and engagement surveys, with a written report at the end. It has no check-ins, goals or review cycles.

Each survey has 12 questions (about 5 minutes) or 24 (about 10). When the survey closes, the report is written with Claude: scores by area, strengths, growth areas and a 6-month development plan for a 360, or a short action plan for an engagement survey. Here's a sample report.

You pick the confidentiality level. Standard opens the report at 3 responses and shows comments without names. Highest (on Pro) opens at 5 and replaces comments with an AI summary. Surveys run in 8 languages.

No per-employee pricing. Your first survey is free, a single survey is $49, Essentials is $250 a year for 24 surveys and Pro is $490 a year for 96 (plans). Nonprofits get 40% off annual plans.

Best for: teams that run engagement or 360 surveys a few times a year and don't want a weekly system.

How to choose a 15Five alternative

Be honest about which part of 15Five you'd actually use.

  • The whole system, just bigger: Leapsome or Lattice.
  • Reviews, with your own process: PerformYard.
  • Reviews, cheap and simple: Small Improvements, or Teamflect on Microsoft.
  • Engagement plus some performance, light setup: ThriveSparrow.
  • Surveys only, a few times a year: Org360.

Then run the numbers for your size. For 30 people on an engagement-only tool for a year: 15Five Engage is $1,440, ThriveSparrow Engage + Kudos is $1,440, Lattice Engagement hits its $4,000 minimum, and Org360 Essentials is $250. The per-user tools include more features for that money, so check you'll use them.

And if you like 15Five and your managers do their check-ins, stay. It works well for teams that keep the rhythm.
