Working With Me — How I Show Up as a Colleague (12)

About Working With Me — How I Show Up as a Colleague (12)

A focused 12-question peer review that captures how a colleague shows up in the day-to-day — how they communicate, collaborate, deliver, and grow. Designed to surface practical, development-oriented insight rather than abstract ratings, with every question tied to observable workplace behavior.

What You Can Do With the Results

Identify a colleague's strengths and blind spots from the perspective of the people who work with them daily. Surface patterns across multiple reviewers — one low score is an opinion, five low scores is a signal. Build focused development plans grounded in peer-observed behavior, not manager assumption. Track growth over time by running the review annually or after major project cycles.

How Long It Takes

3–4 minutes per colleague.

How Often to Run It

Once or twice a year. Can also be used at the end of major projects or team rotations to capture fresh, context-specific feedback.

Anonymity

All responses are anonymous. Reviewers are never identified to the person being reviewed. A minimum of 3 reviewers is recommended to protect individual identity and ensure balanced results.

A Note on Intent

This is a development tool, not a judgment tool. The goal is to help people understand how they're experienced by others and where they can grow. Frame it that way when introducing it to your team — how the review is positioned shapes how honestly people respond.
