🌿 Regenerative Workplace Survey

Most organizations today are good at running. Fewer are good at regenerating.A regenerative workplace doesn’t just reduce harm or avoid burnout. It creates conditions for people and systems to thrive.

This survey will guide you through the core aspects of a regenerative workplace: wholeness, purpose, shared power, systems awareness, learning, and impact. Each section includes short explanations.

  • Before sending, you can edit the wording of any question to suit your context or the leader’s role. On the next screen, add recipients’ emails — either individually or in bulk — and set a deadline (note: this deadline does not automatically close the survey but serves as a target for responses).
  • Include a custom note in the invitation email explaining the purpose of the 360° feedback and encouraging respondents to share insights with honesty and care, emphasizing that this process supports a leader who is dedicated to learning and positive impact.
  • Facilitating the results: After collecting responses and reviewing the report, schedule a reflection session with the leader, ideally supported by a trusted coach or mentor. Begin with celebrating strengths and patterns of appreciation. Then move into areas for growth, exploring them with curiosity and compassion. Together, identify 2–3 small daily practices and one deeper shift the leader could focus on. Set regular check-ins to revisit progress and keep the journey alive.
