🍀 Regenerative Leadership 360

Welcome to the Regenerative Leadership 360° Feedback Survey, designed for leaders who are committed to personal growth and to nurturing thriving teams and organizations.

Regenerative leadership goes beyond maintaining or sustaining — it’s about creating the conditions for life to flourish within people, teams, and systems. These leaders model wholeness, act with humility, notice patterns, and work with purpose. They invite creativity, care, and collaboration that leaves people and places better than they found them.

This 360° survey provides a compassionate and constructive space for peers, direct reports, and partners to share reflections on how this leader shows up across four dimensions: Wholeness & Presence, Purpose & Meaning, Regenerative Culture Building, and Systems Awareness & Adaptability. Each section explains what it means and why it matters, making it accessible even if you’re new to regenerative leadership concepts.

Use this survey during leadership transitions, personal development journeys, or annual reviews to generate insights that deepen self-awareness, strengthen relationships, and guide the next steps in a leader’s growth.

  • Before sending, you can edit the wording of any question to suit your context or the leader’s role. On the next screen, add recipients’ emails — either individually or in bulk — and set a deadline (note: this deadline does not automatically close the survey but serves as a target for responses).
  • Include a custom note in the invitation email explaining the purpose of the 360° feedback and encouraging respondents to share insights with honesty and care, emphasizing that this process supports a leader who is dedicated to learning and positive impact.
  • Facilitating the results: After collecting responses and reviewing the report, schedule a reflection session with the leader, ideally supported by a trusted coach or mentor. Begin with celebrating strengths and patterns of appreciation. Then move into areas for growth, exploring them with curiosity and compassion. Together, identify 2–3 small daily practices and one deeper shift the leader could focus on. Set regular check-ins to revisit progress and keep the journey alive.
  • Give the leader 24-48 hours to simply read and sit with the report before the debrief session. This encourages them to process their own emotional reactions first, so they can enter the coaching conversation with more presence and curiosity.
