🏅 “All Rounder” Leader 360

Welcome to the Leadership 360 “All Rounder” Survey, a comprehensive assessment designed to provide nonprofit leaders with holistic, actionable feedback across 15 critical areas of leadership.

This 360° feedback tool is grounded in the renowned leadership inventory developed by executive coach Marshall Goldsmith, as published in What Got You Here Won’t Get You There. We’re grateful for his permission to adapt this powerful framework. The survey covers everything from global thinking and diversity to personal mastery and change leadership, providing a robust map of strengths and growth opportunities.

Use this survey during annual reviews, leadership development programs, or organizational transitions to deepen self-awareness, improve performance, and align leadership behaviors with your nonprofit’s mission and values. By involving peers, direct reports, supervisors, and partners, you’ll receive well-rounded insights that help leaders grow and thrive.

  • Before sending, you can edit the wording of any question to match your organizational language or the leader’s context. On the next screen, add respondents’ emails — either individually or in bulk — and set a deadline (note: the deadline will not close the survey automatically, but indicates your preferred completion date).
  • Include a custom note in the invitation email explaining the purpose of the 360° feedback: that it’s a tool to support growth, not to criticize — and that honest, thoughtful feedback helps leaders build on their strengths and address blind spots.
  • Facilitating the results: Once responses are collected, review the comprehensive report with the leader, ideally supported by a coach or HR partner. Start with celebrating strong points highlighted by high scores and positive comments. Then discuss 2–3 key areas for growth, co-create practical development goals, and plan follow-up check-ins. Encourage the leader to share learnings with their team to model transparency and commitment to growth.
