When we started working on Org360, we were genuinely excited by the potential of AI tools. We wanted to make AI tools for organisational development psychometrics, so why not develop these tools with AI coding tools we were reading about, like Loveable or Replit. Let's do some vibe coding: a prompt or two, and publish!
The reality didn't work like that. As we played with these tools, we were not able to make even a basic app, let alone a prototype of what we wanted. We had no idea how to debug. We didn't know how to put the app on a server so other people could actually use it. Or how to connect APIs, set up authentication, or configure Stripe payments. Security and compliance? Not our thing either. We're non geeks and we don't want to be geeks.
But we did have a vision for the beautiful, modern, powerful, user friendly that Org360 now has become, and we didn't want to compromise on that vision.
We realised that we needed real software development support. We needed a platform -- not just a tool -- that could take our methodology, turn it into a proper SaaS product, and keep it running reliably as we grew.
So we worked with developers and designers to build the Org360 platform. Yes it has AI capabilities, but it was 100% designed and built by humans. Talented humans, humans we could talk to, humans who understand our vision.
After launching Org360 as as a survey platform for teams, we had a vision for another tool: Persona360, an personality self assessment tool. And WorkWise, a platform for professional self development with weekly nudges...
And that's how Insight OS came into the picture. At first, it was simply the solution to our own problem. We realized something bigger: we weren't the only ones stuck here. Coaches, consultants, educators -- so many experts have frameworks and methods locked in PDFs and slide decks. They could reach thousands more people if their knowledge were digital, but the technical barrier stops them.
So our intention is to offer Insight OS a platform for others -- a way for subject matter experts to monetize their knowledge without needing to become software engineers, and without the high cost of starting from scratch. It combines ready-made building blocks, with a developer team to customize or build new functionality.
